2、接受甲方监督，确保服务到位。
3、在接到甲方报修通知后24小时内赶到现场。
4、更换的故障零配件交甲方检查，维修只收配件及材料费。
5、每次维修必须有维修单，并报使用部门及物业部门签字确认；合同外产生费用的维修项目需动力分部签字确认。
七、合同终止：
a、在以下情况之一甲方有权以书面形式通知乙方终止合同：
1、甲方提供有关产权变更证明。
2、维保项目没有按期、按质全面履行超过一季，并经____________市鉴定确实存在问题。
3、甲方由于不可抗力的原因无法履行合同。
b、在以下情况之一乙方有权以书面形式通知甲方终止合同：
1、业权变更。
2、乙方由于不可抗力原因无法履行合同。
3、如甲方陷破产、清盘(合并或重组除外)或未能偿还应付的债务。
八、违约责任：
1、若甲方违约：应向乙方支付违约金________元整。并付清所欠款项，乙方有权要求甲方继续履行合同。
