受聘方：湖南*胜律师事务所 （以下简称乙方）
甲方根据《中华共和国律师法》之规定特聘请乙方担任常年法律顾问，实施家庭法律服务保障计划。经双方友好协商一致，订立下列条款，以共同信守。
第一条、乙方指派律师 承办甲方的法律事务，对于甲方的法律咨询需求，乙方将灵活安排有关律师或律师助理人员向甲方提供。
第二条、工作方式。
在合同期间内，甲方可以告知顾问律师因本人的业务需要，法律顾问的工作时间不受法定节假日的限制，在提前通知的前提下，及时处理法律事务。
第三条、 保密条款。
顾问律师对因工作原因知悉的甲方的经营信息、管理信息、和技术机密等均视为顾问单位的商业机密，顾问律师依照《中华共和国律师法》以及律师职业道德的规定，对以上信息无论在合作期间还是在合作期后均予以保密，不向外泄露。
第四条、家庭法律服务保障计划的服务对象和内容。
1、面向的客户类型：
城市居民家庭、个体工商业主。
2、法律服务的项目：
1）法律咨询（网络咨询、电话咨询），咨询内容包括婚姻家庭、继承、收养、房屋地产、私人借贷、合同、股票证券、交通事故、医疗纠纷、劳资纠纷、邻里关系等法律事项。
2) 服务年度内为当事人起草、合同或就专门法律问题出具法律意见共计10份。
3）约见律师面谈总时间不超过3小时。
4）参加当事人委托的诉讼、仲裁活动以及其它非诉讼的事项。
第五条、家庭法律服务保障计划的收费：
1）对于上述1－3项服务，每天收费1元，共计币360元。该款项在本合同签署时内支付。
2）对于第4项服务，按部门收费标准的80％收取费。
3）对于领取城市最低保障金的居民、年龄超过70岁的老年人，免费提供上述1－3项服务。对于第4项服务，按部门收费标准的50％收取费，达到法律援助标准的，进行法律援助。
法律顾问受委托出差办理案件的，可以与甲方协商差旅费用的支付。
第六条、其他约定。
本合同有效期为一年，自__年______月______日至__年______月______日。本合同自双方签字盖章之日起生效，双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。本合同期限满前一个月，如双方均无异议，可以续约。其他未尽事宜，由双方协商解决。
