劳务协议外国人签订注意事项：
1、雇佣单位必须遵守当地的法律和法规，如外籍劳务者来华工作必须具备有效的工作签证。
2、雇佣协议中应包含雇佣双方的信息，如外籍劳务者姓名、性别、国籍、出生日期、护照号码等信息；雇佣单位的信息，如地址、联系人及电话等信息。
3、雇佣协议应明确以下内容：雇佣的工作内容、工作地点、工作时间、工作期限、工资标准、社会保险和住房补贴等。
