1.This insurance covers all risks of loss or damage to the property insured, subject to the exclusions and conditions set out herein.

5.This insurance does not cover any loss or damage caused by or resulting from wear and tear, gradual deterioration, latent defect, faulty design, workmanship, repair or maintenance, inherent vice, or natural disasters.
6.This insurance does not cover any loss or damage caused by or resulting from nuclear reaction, radiation, or radioactive contamination, regardless of cause.

第三条、借款的担保

2、丙方、丁方代乙方偿还甲方给乙方提供的借款后，即成为乙方新的债权人，甲方对乙方享有的一切权利随即转移给丙方、丁方。乙方应在丙方、丁方代其偿还借款后三日内，将所欠借款本息、违约金、代偿费偿还给丙方、丁方。
第四条、争议解决方式
本合同在履行中如发生争议，可以四方协商解决。协商不成的，可提请市仲裁委员会裁决。
第五条、合同的生效
经甲方签字按指印，乙方、丙方和丁方签字并盖章后生效。
第六条、合同份数
本合同壹式肆份。
第七条、声明条款
1、甲、乙、丙、丁四方均已详细阅读本合同所有条款，四方对本合同条款的含义及相应的法律后果已全部通晓并充分理解，认识一致，均无异议。
