Lease Agreement
This Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between [LESSOR] (the “Lessor”), and [LESSEE] (the “Lessee”), on [DATE].
Recitals

7. Insurance. The Lessee shall maintain insurance coverage on his personal property located in the Premises.
8. Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon [NUMBER OF DAYS] days written notice prior to the termination date specified above.

六、乙方有在公众面前做好甲方良好形象宣传的义务,有为甲方学员提供良好服务的义务。
七、乙方在为甲方宣传过程中做出有效的工作,确实单独为甲方招到学员的。乙方可单独予收___________作为宣传开支费用。
八、有未尽事宜由双方另外共同商定。如有变化的,双方需提早____天通知对方。
