（11）遵守有关环境保护的其他规定。
二、环保权利义务
1. 甲方有义务维护好租赁厂房的环境卫生，并依法合规开展生产经营活动。
2. 乙方有权随时检查甲方的环保义务执行情况，并对环保问题提出要求及时纠正。
3. 如果甲方未能履行环保义务，乙方有权要求甲方限期改正，或者按照合同约定支付相应赔偿。
4. 如果甲方违反环保法律法规，乙方有权要求甲方立即停止经营活动，并按照合同约定支付赔偿。
